Niwa Kappo is the latest ideation from restauranteur, Jimmy Niwa. With this latest concept, we chose to highlight the quality of the food with a minimalistic design and an edited material palate. The slatted half barrel ceiling, gently hugs the dining room while the shoji screen partitions plays with transparencies. The unique space plan highlights secret rooms, hidden nooks and crannies and private areas for special guests.
